WAA Girls Softball will field teams for the Modified Developmental Softball League that will be played in the Finger Lakes West, Wayne County and Monroe County. This softball league will focus on players eligible for scholastic Modified level softball (Grades 7-9). The league goal is to provide an affordable, accessible softball experience for players who are not part of higher level travel programs so they can extend their softball season after the modified season and continue in their individual development. Our hope is this will grow the game by retaining and developing current players and also bring in potential players with limited experience by providing a "learning friendly" atmosphere.

Participation is not restricted to residents of Webster; we welcome players from neighboring communities looking to learn the fundamentals of the game and to compete in a fun and supportive recreational softball program. 

Team assignments will determined by WAA Softball with a focus on the school the player attends. Special requests for teams, teammates, or coaches cannot be guaranteed. All home games and practices are held at the 8-field Ridge Park Softball Complex. Away game locations will be determined according to the schedule set by the league.
